Kehui has weapons and equipment quality management system GJB9001C certification, military confidentiality qualification certificate, industrialization and information integration certification. Passed the ISO9001, environment, employee health system certification, established a perfect "prevention in advance, control in the matter, continuous improvement" system, and introduced the "traceability quality management" system, effectively ensure product quality.
Order Confirmation.
After receiving the order, our team will first review the contract. To discuss and confirm about the technical agreement, quality requirements, product delivery and other conditions, and then sample or mass production after reach agreement with the customer.
Raw Material Quality Control.
For titanium ingot suppliers, we adopt a qualified supplier access system, requiring each supplier not only to provide the third party chemical composition report of titanium ingot, but also to provide titanium sponge quality certificate, titanium ingot ingredients list, titanium ingot smelting original records and other related documents. Before the titanium ingot is stored, the qualitative analysis of the metal composition ICP is first carried out with the spectrometer. After the spectral detection is passed, samples are taken from the ingot and sent to a third party testing unit with CNAS certification to re-check the chemical composition. For any titanium ingot with unqualified ICP and gas elements, it is resolutely not allowed to be put into production.

Product identification management.
Our products involve a variety of titanium and titanium alloy grades, due to the low identification of various grades, our company introduced a product identification management system, requiring the production process in strict accordance with the system,identification contents including Contract No., Lot No., Ingot No., Specifications, Weight, etc., supervision and execution by the production Department and QC Department to prevent confusion.
Production process control.
The production process card will be made according to the technical agreement, standards and quality requirements of each order, and each process is strictly executed according to the process card requirements. The real name signature of each process, self-inspection and mutual inspection are implemented, supervise by the production department and QC Department.
Special process control.
The whole process of titanium alloy forging, heat treatment and other special processes are followed up, and the special process such as heating temperature, holding time, heat treatment curve and forging deformation are tracked and recorded according to the technical requirements.
Semi-finished product testing.
Our company conducts self-testing through existing testing equipment such as spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, portable metallograph, hardness tester, etc. All products are sampled according to customer testing requirements and technical agreements, and the samples are sent to third-party testing units with CNAS qualification for testing. We set up a third-party testing ledger, and both paper and electronic of the ledger and test report are kept. There is also a sample room for all samples stored according to relevant standards. The quality certificate issued by our company is truthfully filled in according to the third-party test report, and also retains the paper and electronic for traceability.

Finished product inspection.
Before the product is shipped, professional quality inspector will carry out dimensional measurement, appearance quality inspection, UT non-destructive testing, penetration testing, X-ray testing, etc., products shall not be shipped until pass the inspection.
Defective product management.
Set up a defective product trial committee to make detailed records of each defective product and analyze the causes, trace the source and take responsibility, sum up experience, and constantly improve product percent of pass. For unqualified products, centralized storage, special management, unified disposal.
After-sales management.
After getting feedback from customers about quality problems, the after-sales department will contact customers as soon as possible to understand the specific status and demands, and provide corresponding and implementable solutions. When the customer needs, the fastest way to arrive at the customer designated site, analyze and solve the problem. The principle of after-sales is timely, active, efficient, responsible.
