On July18, 2024, a delegation of German customers visited our factory to observe the production process of our Gr2 titanium forgings. The visit aimed to enhance mutual understanding and promote win-win cooperation.
Accompanied by factory leaders, the German customers first visited the raw material storage area. The Gr2 titanium alloy raw materials used in our factory undergo strict quality inspections to ensure that each batch meets international standards. Next, the customers toured the production workshop, where detailed explanations were provided for each stage, from raw material cutting, heating, forging, and heat treatment to final precision machining.
In the forging workshop, the customers observed how our advanced equipment transforms Gr2 titanium alloy materials through high-temperature heating and precise forging processes into the required components. Our engineers demonstrated the operational process on-site and provided detailed explanations of the technical points and quality control measures at each step.
