Titanium and titanium alloy bars for additive manufactural powder
■Ti 6Al-4V, Grade 5 is the most commonly used titanium alloy in additive manufacturing and is well suited for prototypes and functional components in aerospace and automotive applications as well as military applications. It is also an excellent material for parts with complex geometries and precision, as well as for production tooling.
■ Grade 23 Ti 6Al-4V is a biocompatible alloy commonly used in medical implants and prosthetics.
■GR21 titanium alloy has higher strength than traditional titanium alloys such as Ti-6Al-4V, and Grade 21 titanium has one of the lowest hydrogen absorption efficiencies of all titanium alloys. It is ideal for orthopedic implants and aerospace engine applications. beta titanium is widely used in orthodontics.
■ Due to titanium's biocompatibility with the human body, Cp-Ti (pure titanium) grades 1 and 2 are widely used in medical applications for a wide range of uses.
