Ti15333(TB5) alloy is a kind of sub-stable β-type titanium alloy, its nominal composition is Ti-15V-3Cr-3Sn-3Al, containing homo-crystalline β-stable element V, eutectic β-stable element Cr, neutral element Sn and α-stable element Al. The alloy has excellent cold-rolling and cold-forming properties, the cold-rolling deformation can reach more than 90%, and it can be used to form the medium-complex sheet-metal parts at room temperature, and can be superplasticized above 700℃, and can be used for cold upsetting rivets and bolts. The alloy has excellent cold rolling and cold forming properties, with cold rolling deformation of more than 90%, and can form moderately complex sheet metal parts at room temperature, and can also be superplasticized at more than 700°C. It can also be used for cold heading rivets and bolts. The alloy can also be processed by aging to achieve a strength of more than 1080MPa, and has excellent welding properties.
Ti15333(TB5) alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of a variety of sheet metal components, but also the manufacture of fasteners, can meet the requirements of high structural efficiency, high productivity and low manufacturing costs, solid solution treatment state working temperature of 200 ℃ or less, solid solution aging state of the working temperature of up to 290 ℃. The semi-finished products of this alloy are mainly sheet, strip and bar (wire), and can also produce tubes.
