titanium round rod is the basic element of titanium, adding other elements of the alloy. Titanium has two isomorphs: titanium is the melting point of 1668 ℃ isomeric 882 ℃ below the dense row of hexagonal lattice structure α- titanium; it has a body-centered cubic structure β- titanium above 882 ℃. According to the different characteristics of the above two structures of titanium, through the addition of appropriate alloying elements, gradually change the phase change temperature and composition content, you can get different organizations of titanium alloy.

 

The majority of pressurized components for aviation engines are made from titanium round rods, followed by structural components for rockets, missiles, and fast aircraft. From the middle of the 1960s, titanium and its alloys have been employed in general industry to create heaters for oil refining and desalination, condensers for power plants, electrodes for the electrolysis sector, and environmental pollution control equipment.
