1:The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy plates shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3620.1, and the permissible deviation of the chemical composition shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3620.2 when the demand side is retested.

2: The corners of the sheets shall be cut at right angles as far as possible. The allowable deviation of the length and width of the sheet should not be exceeded when cutting at an angle.

 

Surface quality

 

Cracks, peeling, oxide, indentations, macroscopic flaws such metallic and non-metallic inclusions, and signs of excessive alkali washing are not permitted on the plate's surface.

 

The titanium plate may be free of small flaws in the rolling direction as long as the thickness after removal does not fall below the minimum allowable thickness.

In addition, the plate should not be delaminated.
